SCHRIER | SOUTHAMPTON
The First to Believe in Greenwood
"Every company has a first client who takes a chance on them. For us, that was the Schier Property. Not a friend, not family—just a homeowner who believed in our vision and invested in our expertise. Years later, we’ve nearly transformed this property entirely, and it remains one of our most rewarding projects."

-
We removed 9,000 square feet of existing lawn, bringing in 200+ yards of topsoil to reshape the landscape in preparation for future deck and landscape enhancements. Once the grading was complete, we installed 900 square feet of fresh sod, giving the yard a seamless, polished finish.
-
To restore privacy and structure to the property, we installed large perimeter shrubs in the rear yard and replaced mature Pitch Pines lost to Southern Pine Beetle damage with 8’ to 20’ trees, re-establishing a natural, resilient screen.
-
The client’s outdated fence was removed and replaced with a custom-designed fencing and gate system, blending security with a refined aesthetic.
-
The existing pool deck was fully demolished and replaced with a synthetic deck, elevating both functionality and long-term durability in the rear yard.
-
Before installing new sod, we designed, installed, and continue to maintain a full irrigation system, ensuring efficient water distribution for consistent lawn and plant health.
-
As part of the property transformation, we installed custom drainage systems throughout the landscape to manage both new grading adjustments and pre-existing water flow challenges.
-
Following the loss of mature trees due to Southern Pine Beetle infestation, we cleared large areas of dead trees and brush. After bringing in 200+ yards of soil to re-grade, we carefully replanted native and drought-resistant plant materials, ensuring a sustainable, thriving ecosystem.
-
Beyond the landscape, we also contracted and oversaw the full renovation of the client’s central air conditioning system, ensuring efficiency and functionality alongside the broader property upgrades.
