To enhance drainage and prevent water buildup, we installed a custom-designed Dry Creek system in the rear yard, ensuring efficient water flow while maintaining a natural aesthetic.

The entire front yard was reimagined, with both small and large plant materials carefully relocated to align with a fresh new landscape design.

A significant hedge reduction (5’-6’ trimmed from a towering 22’+ hedge) was performed in late summer 2024, opening up sightlines while maintaining privacy.
